Agent Profile

David Schneider was born and raised in San Francisco. He began his commercial real estate career in Los Angeles, where he worked at Engine Real Estate, a vertically integrated brokerage and development company focused on value-add and adaptive-reuse properties. He later became a founding partner of Analog Real Estate.

Over the course of his career, David has represented buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, investors, and business owners across a range of commercial property types.

After returning to his hometown in 2026, David joined HC&M, where he advises clients on sales, leasing, acquisitions, and broader real estate strategy throughout the Bay Area.

David is an alumnus of Town School, St. Ignatius College Preparatory, and the University of San Francisco.
